Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, diary coordination, and data entry.

  • Assisting with project work, including research, document preparation, and creating reports or presentations.

  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Staying organised and keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Adapting to different tools and systems to meet clients’ needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A personable, patient, and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive approach with a genuine desire to help and support others.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence using remote working tools (e.g., Google Workspace, task management platforms, and video conferencing software).

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a bonus but not required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, remote role that fits around their existing commitments. If you’re looking for a position where you can use your organisational skills and personable nature to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
