Senior Executive Assistant
Central London. £52,000pa.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a busy Founder/Director. This is a pivotal role for someone with a proven track record of supporting at C-suite or senior leadership level. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail, be solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The primary objective of this role is to make life easier for the Director by anticipating their needs, managing their workload, and resolving challenges before they arise. You’ll act as a trusted partner, taking stress off their plate and ensuring they can focus on high-priority tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring their time is spent effectively.
Handling email correspondence with a sharp eye for prioritisation and follow-up.
Preparing documents, presentations, and reports with impeccable accuracy and professionalism.
Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinating travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and contingency plans.
Identifying potential issues and finding solutions to keep things running smoothly.
Providing project support and helping to manage ongoing initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a Founder or C-suite executive.
Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly.
Impeccable attention to detail, with a focus on delivering work to the highest standard.
A solutions-focused mindset, capable of thinking on your feet and making decisions confidently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity platforms.
A proactive, calm, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
